POSITION SUMMARY
3 month contract
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Partner with leaders across the company to set and drive hiring strategy, goals, process.
- Lead Strategic recruitment intake meetings with managers in partnership with HRBP to ensure org alignment
- Lead full-cycle recruitment process for India, Philippines, and Brazil-based technical roles
- Work closely with leaders to measure, influence, and deliver quality assessment while eliminating bias
- Provide guidance across our teams, and serve as a trusted advisor to our hiring managers
- Build candidate pipelines and talent networks across roles to help identify best-in-class talent
- Drive offer process - including extending offers, negotiations, closing candidates with a clean hand-off to Human Resources to ensure a smooth transition from candidate to employee
- Manage and communicate accurate reporting as per the determined cadence
- Hyper focus on a disciplined process that provides a positive candidate experience
- Facilitate / educate company on fair and consistent hiring practices
- Lead all recruitment cycles aligned with company commitments and practices
EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field
- 5+ years recruitment experience
- Experience working with ATS (Greenhouse preferred)
- Experience recruiting roles within Product and Engineering at a B2B SaaS organization
