Business Development (Bhubaneswar/Mumbai)

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible in leading Business Development.
• Maintain good relationships with vendors, consultants, clients, relevant Authorities and performing market research, and identify new prospective, business opportunities and new local projects lead.
• Preparing presentations of findings for upcoming tender to bid for the tender.
• Promoting Company’s innovation and technology to potential clients to develop the new business fields and opportunities.
• Developing and implementing marketing and growth strategies and plans.
• Coordinate with tender team to manage proposal response process, including detailed tender & bid requirements
• Advance information for new upcoming projects in the immediate pipeline
• Market Research for projects under planning
• Relationship building with key stakeholders across the levels within client organization
• Competitor mapping
• Identifying domestic/ overseas Joint Venture partners
• Relationship with consultants for obtaining Advance market information/ research
• Document preparation and submission for Pre-qualification/ empanelment with target clients
• Procuring tender documents, bid preparation, bid submission/ attending pre-bid meetings/follow-up with clients on queries for bid preparation
Preparing and delivering presentations to clients.

Skills & Experience:

• Full-time Degree (Civil), MBA (Marketing)
• 15 to 20 years experience in Civil Infrastructure Industry specifically handling Projects for Govt /Private clients.

Others

The Candidate should have demonstrated experience of booking orders, has to be from same industry with BD experience in buildings, water, irrigation, etc. He should have knowledge on costing, site surveys.
