• Research and identify new business opportunities• Generate leads and cold call prospective customers• Meet with customers/clients face to face or over the phone• Foster and develop relationships with customers/clients• Understand customer needs and respond effectively• Think strategically and set aims and objectives for Business Development• Carry out necessary planning for operational changes• Draw up client contracts• Ensure staff are on board and understand the need for change• Train team members and arrange external training
Requirements
• Between the ages of 23 and 40• Any Graduation with minimum 1 year of experience• Professional appearance• Preferably experience in human resource management
