Key Responsibilities:
Market Analysis and Strategy:
Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
Develop strategic plans and initiatives to expand our solar equipment and electronic items business.
Business Growth:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and market segments to increase revenue.
Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline and drive revenue growth through effective lead generation and conversion.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions that meet their unique needs.
Sales and Promotion:
Lead the sales team in promoting solar equipment and electronic items, ensuring targets and objectives are met.
Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to reach a wider customer base.
Team Leadership:
Provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring to the sales and marketing teams.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve common business goals.
Sustainability Focus:
Embrace and promote the company's commitment to sustainability and environmental responsibility.

Education: Master OF Business Administration (M.B.A)
