- A minimum of 2 years of experience in the advertising industry, with a proven track record in Business Development.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of advertising, marketing principles, and industry trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
