THE ROLE
Talent Acquisition Specialist
Location: Mumbai Experience: 4-8 yrs
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist for our TA team. A Talent Acquisition Specialist should be excellent in searching Non-Technical profiles from various platforms Job Portals, Social Media, Blogs, Technology Forums, etc.
Candidate must have a proven track-record of success in Active-Passive Recruitment, Talent Pipeline Building, Market Intelligence, Social Media Recruitment, etc.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with both Hiring Managers and Recruiters to understand requirements and the right type of candidates to source.
- Review online portfolios and resumes to pre-screen candidates.
- Source and interact with potential candidates on Social Media, Job Portals and Professional Groups and Forums etc (e.g. Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, Github)
- Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques (e.g. Boolean search)
- Support and manage daily deliverables in a fast-paced and time-bound environment.
- Send recruiting emails and follow up with candidates.
- Log candidate information in our Applicant Tracking System
- Identify future hiring needs and proactively source potential candidates and create talent pipeline for recruiters.
- Promote company employer brand online and offline.
- Communicate with past applicants regarding new job opportunities.
- Build a pipeline of both active and passive top technical talent through creative sourcing efforts.
- Be knowledgeable about Seclore and why people would want to work with us.
Candidate Requirements:
- 4-8 years of experience in sourcing Non-Tech Profiles from all kinds of sourcing channels.
- Having good understanding of software skills and technology trends.
- Must have experience in Middle East hiring.
- Prior experience in recruiting non-Tech profiles is a must from a Software Product Organization.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven experience working as a Talent Acquisition Specialist in an in-house recruitment team.
- Expertise in search-based portals. Basic technical acumen to understand the requirements and source CVs accordingly.
- Experience in direct sourcing tools and approaches such as social media, x-ray searches etc.
- Sourcing experience either in-house or on agency side with a track record of success in delivering quality candidate pipelines that led to actual hires.
- Strong research experience, with hands-on experience with various sourcing platforms in India; Boolean search methods are a must.
- A strong desire to be an individual contributor focused on meeting company objectives and lead generation targets.
- Tech savvy and possessing excellent communication both verbal and written to attract talent.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
