Qualifications : Bachelor's dgre in HR/BMS with MMS/MBA
Experience : 2 - 5 years of experience in Diversity hiring
Job Role: Designs, develops, and implements strategic recruiting programs focused on diversity and inclusion. Research hiring best practices and outreach methodologies to position client as an employer of choice. Collaborates closely with other Recruitment Teams to meet the business DEI hiring targets.
Key Responsibilities/ Accountabilities:
- Designs, develops, and implements innovative recruitment programs/channels using diversity and inclusion best practice. Serve as a subject matter expert to the Recruiting team, hiring managers, and org leaders on integrating inclusive hiring practices into our recruiting operations.
- Ensure Diversity hiring targets are met in each business and function.
- Directly source, review applications and initial shortlisting for further process wherever required. Identify and utilize appropriate targeted sourcing and research tools, including online searches, social media, targeted branding campaigns.
- Search, evaluate, negotiate with, and empanel external recruitment agencies to provide focused recruitment services
- Research best practices for full life cycle recruitment programs, with a focus on diversity and inclusion.
- Ensures compliance with Organisation's guidelines
Skills:
- Min 2 -5 years of Diversity hiring experience
- Prior experience in direct sourcing, working with recruitment consultants, RPO models
- Strong verbal and written communication to be able to articulate requirements
- Ability to influence key stakeholders
- Good excel skills, understand the value of accurate data and basic analytics
- Be updated on DEI legislative framework, trends, and relevant insights from the industry
