Job Title: Talent Acquisition Lead
Overview:
As a Talent Acquisition Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment process within our organization. Your primary goal will be to attract and retain top talent to meet our staffing needs and support our business objectives. You will lead a team of recruiters and coordinate closely with hiring managers and department heads to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
Responsibilities:
Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement Talent Acquisition strategies aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and innovative recruitment techniques.
Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters to ensure high performance and productivity.
- Provide guidance, support, and feedback to team members to help them achieve their targets and professional growth.
Recruitment Process Management:
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from job requisition to onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Develop and maintain recruitment metrics and analytics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Streamline and optimize recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Candidate Sourcing and Screening:
- Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals, to attract top talent.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and fit for specific roles.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop candidate profiles.
Employer Branding and Talent Pipeline Development:
- Build and promote the employer brand to attract high-quality candidates.
- Develop and maintain relationships with universities, professional organizations, and other talent pipelines.
- Proactively build and maintain a talent pool of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing needs and priorities.
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on recruitment activities, progress, and challenges.
- Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing insights and recommendations on Talent Acquisition matters.
