Should be open to work in 4pm-1am IST shift (Pick-up and Drop available). Should have Non-IT Lateral hiring and International hiring experience.

As a Sr. Associate, you will manage our full cycle recruitment, from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates to build the talent pipeline for our global offices.

As a member of our internationally aligned Talent Acquisition team, you will execute effective sourcing and outreach techniques that will build a diverse and high-quality talent pool. You will also apply and share best practices to mentor junior team members to maximize team productivity.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the selection process for both project-based and bench-based positions, as assigned.
  • Utilize strong written communication skills to create attractive position descriptions and high-quality recruitment templates and forms, as needed (CV templates, reference check forms, common email templates (ie: templates, forms, manuals etc)
  • Conduct effective recruitment strategy meetings with Hiring Managers (Senior Director/VP) to gather requirements, develop and execute effective sourcing strategies, assessments, and closing approaches.
  • Utilize expertise in candidate evaluation including effective profile matching, behavioral -based interviewing techniques, collecting interview feedback in a timely fashion and conducting quality candidate reference checks.
  • Utilize sales aptitude and ability to effectively negotiate to close candidates.
  • Develop creative ideas and innovative recruiting techniques to source qualified professionals and a diverse talent pool. (i.e., social media, employee referrals, direct contact recruiting, internet data mining, job boards, and internal/external networks)
  • Promote the company’s recruitment brand through social media.
  • Provide daily/weekly reports to hiring managers to keep them updated on progress.
  • Supervise and mentor junior team members.
  • Maintain accurate use of applicant tracking system for day-to-day candidate management and reporting functions.
  • Continually assess the effectiveness of the recruitment process to refine and improve processes over time.

  • Bachelors' degree with minimum of 5 years of Recruitment experience in Lateral hiring (Non-IT preferred). MBA/Masters' would be a plus.
  • Proven success in Global Non-IT Lateral hiring is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a self-directed, results-oriented environment at a fast pace.
  • Ability to utilize strong organizational skills to undertake multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication including presentation, and diplomacy skills.
  • Well-developed research skills to be utilized to create market and competitive intelligence,
  • Understanding of compliance requirements and overall best practices for candidate recruitment and hiring
  • Experience working with an applicant tracking system required.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and resilience combined with self-motivation.
