Job Description
• Agents are required with the excellent communication skills/ preferably from collections background• Agents are required to be proactive & should have good listening skills• Should understand customer needs & liquidate the account where ever necessary.• Team players with a ready disposition to learn• Customer centric approach that include ownership of customer records/accounts/ customer satisfaction through actions performed on customer accounts• Flexible to work in different shifts
