Foundation For Excellence Inc. (FFE), a publicly supported charitable organization based in
USA, was established in 1994. Its Indian entity, Foundation For Excellence India Trust (FFEIT)
was registered in 2003 as a Public Charitable Trust in India.
FFE’s mission is to help economically underprivileged and academically bright students
complete their higher education (Engineering and Medical) through a Scholarship Program. The
objective is to help these students and their families’ transition from low to middle income level
in a single generation. FFE selects top ranking students from national and state level
examinations for engineering, technology and medicine whose family incomes are unable to
support a higher education.

Roles & Responsibilities
Scholarship Team:
Work closely with the Manager - Scholarship in the following areas:
➢ Understand the Scholarship policy and scholarship program at FFE
➢ Scrutinize the applications & speak to the students to ensure eligibility.
o Check for percentage, rank & income criteria based on policy.
o Validate the Aadhaar details
➢ Interact with facilitators/Parent/Students for the Online verification process, explain the
process and handle all the parties with utmost empathy.
➢ Interact with students to explain the process of applications.
o Continuous interaction with students to encourage them to upload the necessary
documents.
o Respond to their queries on email/call on a timely basis.
➢ Interact with facilitators to ensure the verification process is completed.
o Matching students to facilitators based on location, availability and language
o Inform students to approach facilitators with their completed applications.
o Check for completed applications once the verification process is done by checking
for attestation in all the documents.
➢ Work as part of team to ensure scholarship program is executed smoothly.
o Understand the process of scholarship program
o Manage the CRM tool to process the applications
o Compile reports to collect the data.
➢ Ability to move across teams to support when the job demands.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
