Key Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of accounts receivable and accounts payable, including invoicing, billing, and collections.
Monitor cash flow and financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in processing payments and expenses.
Reconcile accounts and maintain accurate financial records, including ledger entries and account reconciliations.
Prepare financial reports, summaries, and forecasts for management review, providing insights into financial. performance and trends.
Coordinate with internal teams to gather financial data and ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures.
Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
Stay updated on regulatory requirements and industry best practices related to accounting and financial reporting. Participate in audits and reviews,
providing documentation and support as needed to ensure compliance with internal controls and external regulations.
Provide support and guidance to other team members on accounting-related matters, fostering a culture of accountability and integrity.
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Proven experience working in accounting or finance roles, with a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and identify trends and variances.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels.
Detail-oriented approach with a high level of accuracy in financial reporting and analysis. Ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards related to accounting and financial reporting.
