Key Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• The candidate is responsible for day-to-day accounting tasks performed by the team.
• They are required to do accounting in accordance with IGAAP, make necessary adjustments as per Income Tax Act requirements, handle various statutory compliances including payments and filing of TDS, GST, PT, and Income Tax returns.
• Additionally, they need to prepare agreements, vendor payments, payroll, financial statements, management summaries, and ensure annual audit compliance.
• The candidate should be able to handle queries related to transactions, manage relationships with banks, coordinate with auditors and stakeholders for timely task completion, and effectively communicate with various departments.

Key Requirements:

• The candidate should minimum 3 years of experience and possess strong communication skills to interact with multiple departments.
• They should have knowledge of tax compliances (GST, TDS & income tax), experience in audit coordination, and financial preparation.
• The ideal candidate is confident, a good team player, demonstrates excellent communication skills, shows commitment to their job, takes positive initiatives, and has the right attitude towards work. Experience in client management is a plus. Proficiency in Tally is required, and familiarity with other accounting software.
