Provide comprehensive training to new joiners to ensure smooth integration into the company.
Draft and review employment contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Manage databases, compile reports, and review documents for accuracy and completeness.
Help streamline HR processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Contribute creative ideas and solutions to enhance overall business operations and productivity.
