Job Description Summary
You will design and deliver the full spectrum of talent recruitment activities for university, manufacturing, sales, commercial and corporate functions (HR/Finance/legal). You will serve as a strategic advisor to the stakeholders and drive operational and strategic recruiting projects to build an efficient recruiting organization. You will be responsible for recruiting delivery as per the committed timelines. You will manage and lead recruiters and will also work on critical roles in your span.Job Description
- You will be responsible for operational excellence in recruiting for university, manufacturing, sales, commercial and corporate functions (HR/Finance/legal) hiring.
- You will establish relationship with universities and drive best practices for the GE HealthCare University programs.
- You will drive strategies for candidate assessment and fit evaluation.
- You will hire, develop and retain recruiters.
- You will coach and guide team members and develop the team capabilities to deliver assigned projects or tasks.
- You will manage stakeholders and elevate the recruiting experience with the hiring managers, candidates, and internal stakeholders.
- You will utilize in-depth knowledge of latest recruiting trends, tools, methodologies and execute complex recruiting projects with discipline and analytical thinking.
- You will conduct performance reviews and set performance expectations for team members.
- You will be responsible for modification of recruiting procedures and practices to deliver end results that meet standards of acceptability (quality, volume, timeliness etc.).
- You will manage complex, day-to-day problems through objective problem definition and propose different solutions outside of set parameters.
- You will understand and analyze deep market insights and recruiting data to drive recruiting decisions and drive operational efficiency and rigor.
Required Qualifications
- This role requires at least 12 yrs. of advanced experience in Sourcing and Recruiting.
- The knowledge level is comparable to a master’s degree from an accredited university or college.
