Job Description:
As an HR Business Partner (HRBP), you will play a critical role in driving HR initiatives and strategies that align with the business objectives of our organization. You will be responsible for providing HR support to various internal stakeholders, managing HR processes, and fostering employee engagement and performance management practices. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to contribute to learning and development initiatives, further enhancing our team's capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Partner with business leaders to understand their objectives and develop HR strategies that support organizational goals.
2. Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various positions.
3. Implement and enhance HR processes, policies, and procedures to streamline operations and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
4. Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work culture and enhance employee morale and productivity.
5. Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and development planning.
6. Identify learning and development needs within the organization and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to design and deliver training programs.
Requirements:
1. Master's degree in HR or related field.
2. 8-10 years of demonstrated work experience partnering with leaders, helping deliver strategic initiatives that positively impacts business principles.
3. Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office tools to analyze HR data and derive actionable insights to support decision-making.
4. Ability to work independently, managing multiple HR projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery and maintaining quality outcomes.
5. Strong interpersonal skills to effectively manage senior stakeholders, providing strategic HR guidance, and fostering robust relationships.
6. Leadership qualities to lead and mentor a team of HR professionals, offering guidance and support to facilitate their professional growth and development.
