Key Responsibilities
HR Operations
Efficiently carry out tasks in HR operations:
Deliver high-quality onboarding and orientation sessions to newly onboarded
Guide the new team members to get acclimated with the Tracxn culture
Maintain high accuracy is the management of HRMS, employee databases & payroll activities
Provide required support for audits and ensure regulatory compliance is met at all times
Ensure all the help desk dashboards are maintained with less TAT and prompt resolution
Proactive & Approachable
Research and be well acquainted with the company’s HR operations practices & policies
Strive towards maintaining employee relations - effectively communicate to ensure employees execute any actionable pertaining to HR
Approachable to team members and leadership alike
Employee Engagement
Lead and actively get involved in employee engagement activities of the organization:
Assisting with the planning, preparation, and organization of events.
Efficiently carry out planning of events, budget management and vendor negotiations
Positively take all the suggestions, grievances or other issues that are put across by team members and redirect them to concerned teams to check if suggestions can be implemented
