Job Title: Conference Operations
Department: Operations
The objective of the job.
To be a responsible and integrated member of the Conference operations team, adhere to the conference plan, and expectations of the customer, and ensure that Conference operations are supported as per the organization’s SOP, and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- To provide secretarial support to the customer before the commencement of the conference.
- To refer to the agreed scope and plan of the conference and ensure that conferences are delivered as per the expectations and scope that has been agreed with the customer.
- To involve and give inputs in planning the conferences
- To actively support in sponsorship generation
- To work as a team and ensure that conference participants, their traveling, and other logistics are planned as per the schedule of the conference.
- To support vendor management activity that is required by the conference which could be facility identification, Audio video support, Food and beverage, and other required facilities as needed by the conference.
- To keep a detailed track of each vendor, their bills, and their associated documents in a structured manner and be available when it is requested.
- To support the manager in collecting the required bills, and invoices from the vendors, and handed over to the finance taking required approvals in discussion with the manager for smooth payment to the vendors
- To support the smooth execution of the conference on the day of the conferences which includes registration, and other facilities as needed on the date of the conference
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, operations management, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good written and spoken English communication
- Good at MS office related skills
- Proficiency in using operational software and tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Good team player and very good at interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Experience:

Ability to Relocate:
