- Grievance Handling on day to day basis.
- Letter Preparation Issuing relevant letters as per requirement.
- Maintaining monthly MIS of headcount, attrition, etc.
- Ensuring awareness in the Echo system
- Creating clear and concise reports.
- Handling workplace investigations, disciplinary, and termination procedures.
- Creating and ensuring SOPs are followed
Education - BE, Or Any degree with MBA in HR specialization.
