What we are looking for:
- An MBA/CA qualification with 10-15 years of relevant experience in advisory/Management Consulting in Finance Transformation.
- Ability to shape engagement principles, design, execution, reporting, stakeholder management, issue/risk management, and project financial management.
- Knowledge and experience in client project delivery, including opportunity sizing, presentations, proposal shaping, and participation in discovery workshops.
- Participation in market and industry-specific initiatives, leading preparation of content and presentations, and supporting internal and external audiences.
- Proven leadership in creating new solutions or methodologies, along with thought-leading content and white papers.
- Capability to coach and mentor team members on project delivery, performance management, and career path.
- Strong technical skills across design and implementation.
- Client-facing experience with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
- Strong time management and multi-tasking skills.
- Curiosity and willingness to continuously learn.
- Commercial orientation and open-minded attitude.
- Willingness to undertake business travel and good exposure to the Indian market.
- Excellent communication - verbal, written, communication with impact & empathy.
