The person should have done Hiring for PAN India
- Managing end to end process of hiring from sourcing to on boarding with inputs from Senior Stakeholders including National Heads & Regional Directors across Business Units.
- Oversee and Upgrading hiring strategy and Job specifications on quarterly basis.
- Assisting team in planning search strategies and facilitating sourcing and screening of appropriate profiles according to Job Specification from Multiple sources Including Job Portals and Social Media thus increasing Source Mix.
- Managing Succession Planning in multiple functional areas across all Business units.
- Arrange Walk-In Drives, Employee grievances, Performance discussions. Performing Market Intelligence, Industry Mapping and competitor analysis on timely basis.
- Maintains organization staff by establishing recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; coaching and counseling hiring managers on candidate selection; analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes in hiring strategy.
- Developing common company branding message on social media and train HR executives in updating sales pitches to attract talent
