AddressSenior Manager - Sourcing
Responsibilities:
- Develop both short- and long-term sourcing plans and manage annual spend of 500+ cr. across 2-3 functions.
- Develop and manage data driven commodity strategies to attain YOY cost saving.
- Lead supplier development and sourcing activities in supplier selection and qualification for assigned products & services
- Continuously drive supplier productivity, quality, and services to improve supplier performance and meet business operation targets
- Gather information on the market trends and current market price points, create information repository & share the latest insights with the management, use the market benchmarks of other large organizations in order to improve current price points.
- Conduct periodic market benchmarks & comparison.
- Vendor Negotiation, Engagement, PO& Contract Management
- Obtain the necessary inputs from the user group; float request for RFP /RFQ , carry out commercial negotiation (manual / reverse auction) with suppliers, benchmark & evaluate supplier commercials internally and externally;
- Negotiate best price points via market intelligence and competitor analysis with the objective of meeting customer expectations on quality and timelines within stipulated budgets
- Carry out price correction if required, seek necessary internal approvals; close terms and conditions with vendors; engage with potential vendors at regular intervals in order to maximize value creation for the organization.
- Understand all invoice level tax structures to be able to evaluate TCO level costing for projects /initiatives.
- Contract management of 250 + active vendors count. Evaluate and negotiate contracts, renewal, addendum in accordance with company policy.
- Ensure release of Purchase orders (2000+) within agreed TAT.
Audit compliance:
- Ensure compliance and adherence to regulatory requirements such as CVC, DPE and GFR
- Responsible for audit compliance and ensure satisfactory rating in Internal Audit, CAG, RCSA
- Special Projects, Initiatives & Management Reporting
- Work effectively with stake holders on cross functions projects, provide sourcing support and ensure closure within agreed timelines.
- Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities within the Organization for new initiatives, support Sourcing team to execute special & simplification projects based on stakeholder requirements to meet Quality standards & timelines.

- Identify and drive process digitization of sourcing process.
