Senior ManagerCorporate Communication


Job Responsibilities:


1. Evolve and execute an internal communications strategy in consultation with key stakeholders in HR and leadership team
2. Evolve and execute internal employer branding strategy and content in consultation with senior stakeholders - collaborate with design agency and internal audience for carrying out communication campaigns and creating communication designs
3. Evolve and execute leadership branding strategy and content in consultation with MD - be responsible for real-time social media profiling of top leadership
4. Prepare and implement an annual communication calendar for internal communication and content, be responsible for all internal newsletters, campaigns and all written and printed internal communication
5. Be responsible for all flagship content creation and dissemination on behalf of the organisation - from collating information to editing, packaging and getting requisite internal approvals - for annual collaterals such as new year diary and calendar, annual report, ESG report, any other official report
6. Be responsible for content, planning, and execution of internal townhalls with top leadership, and for special communication programs running within the organisation
7. Be responsible for conceptulaizing, planning and executing the flagship annual employee event of Corporate Office every year
8. Lead planning and execution of special projects such as 50-year milestones, archival and knowledge management project and other such key projects of Corporate Communications
9. Plan and write leadership messages and speeches to be used across relevant platforms
10. Be responsible for video vendor empanelment, management and video content creation for internal branding, social media and other platforms to highlight the culture and people aspects of the organisations' ethos
11. Plan and write stories about corporate news, events and happenings, corporate awards and recognition for dissemination through internal and external communication platforms - identify story pegs to manage internal and external reputation
12. Identify and write stories on topics of industry relevance for external communication platforms to position the company as a though leader in the relevant domain
13. Identify and maintain story and anecdote bank for leadership speeches, case studies, address by CXOs etc
14. Curate educative articles, blogs and case studies to underline core ethics of the company
15. Curate and guide content and articles for MD's blog posts and senior leadership of the company
16. Create content for propagating initiatives of other departments wrt product, service, individuals, L&D and company as a whole on social media and other platforms
17. Curate HR and L&D related stories for trade journals and external forums
18. Video profiling of the best human stories for internal and external dissemination
19. Curate employee stories highlighting people practices, support employee engagement initiatives, and contribute in all internal events
20. Updating L&D, R&D CSR, HR, Sales and other important collaterals eg Induction kit, learning manual, CSR case study booklet, case studies etc
21. Create and update informative product and application videos for various offerings of the company
22. Thematic content creation for new year messaging across the organisation
23. Listing down content for organizational priorities + cultural underpinnings for HoDs to plug into their content
24. Evolve and maintain policies for Communication, internal and external, on an ongoing basis
25. Design and conduct structured communication surveys to gauge internal perceptions and create short term and long term roadmap to shape employer and leadership reputation
26. Evolve and maintain Style Guide for content at the organisation
27. Be responsible for internal budget management and oversee creation of planned vs actual budgets
Desired Education:
- MBA/PGDM in Communications or Marketing or Graduate/Post Graduate in Mass Communication, Journalism or PR
- Desired Experience: 8-14 years

13. Ability to track and meet deadlines

16. Robust organizational, planning skills and time management skills, equal drive for mind-work and leg-work
17. Strong interest, knowledge and understanding of online and offline trends in communications
