JOB SUMMARY:
This position will be critical and accountablefor on ongoing projects program management. Person in charge will drive projects and enable project leaders to make it successful also ensure Processes and Audit controls by working closely with respective vertical heads, various stakeholders, analytics, digital team to enable distribution to meet their business plan and to ensure complete adherence on the positioned processes.
Key highlights of the role
Build and drive ongoing projects through strong communication and vision for capability building, people and process management.
Develop opportunities and take initiative to enable project leaders for successful closure of projects and its sustenance.
Develop process documents and monitor adherence and consequence management.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Program management
Partner with project leaders and drive initiatives and deliver defined MOS.
Design complete management strategy basis analysis and distribution need.
Analyse competition and introduce/suggest PMS.
Communicate effectively and align all the key stake holders on set MOS.
Set governance rhythm and time lines to meet desired MOS.
Proactively explore opportunity for digital enablement and create nudge.
Analyse risk and prepare mitigation strategy.
Stakeholder Management
Manage various stakeholder's/project leaders and drive initiatives to meet defined MOS.
Create forums to solve problems and enable project leaders to deliver results.
Align and monitor all the stakeholders on laid down processes.
Ensure timely execution of consequence management.

Desired qualification and experience:
Minimum 10+ years of experience in Insurance distribution.
Minimum 3+ years of experience in program and process management.
Post Graduate - preferably MBA
Certification in Black Belt/Green Belt/Maximizer projects of any topic.
Certification on Power Point and advance Excel.
