Job Responsibilities:-
- Outbound Calls: Initiate outbound calls to potential clients to discuss real estate opportunities.
- Lead Generation: Identify and generate leads through effective communication and probing for potential real estate interests.
- Information Sharing: Provide detailed information about available properties, including features, prices, and benefits.
- Appointment Scheduling: Schedule property viewings or meetings for interested clients with real estate agents or sales representatives.
- Follow-Up: Conduct timely follow-ups with leads to gauge interest, address queries, and move them through the sales process.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate records of interactions, update customer information, and manage databases effectively.
- Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, property values, and competitor activities to provide relevant information to clients.
- Customer Service: Offer excellent customer service, addressing concerns, and ensuring a positive experience for potential clients.
- Targets and Reporting: Meet performance targets and provide regular reports on call activities, lead generation, and conversion rates.
- Team Collaboration: Coordinate with real estate agents, brokers, and other team members to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
