Position: Regional Sales Manager
Experience: 3-4 years
Location: Delhi
CTC – 8-10 LPA
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a similar field preferred
Key Responsibilities :
- Responsible to achieving business goals and revenue targets on daily/monthly/Quarterly basis.
- Supervising activities of assigned personnel and their performance on regular basis.
- Coordinating with internal departments for a smooth and speedier deployment of services and regular operations.
- Participating in sales team meetings daily, weekly & monthly.
- Developing and implementing business strategic plans to achieve assigned goals.
- Preparing reports and maintaining records on daily/weekly/monthly basis.
- Preparing and presenting growth/performance/training presentation of the team including individual on regular basis.
- The candidate should be self motivated in achieving the goals.
- Should be a good Team Player and can maintain good coordination with reporting manager/departments.
- Can understand their responsibilities well and perform accordingly.
- He should maintain good relationships with the customers through regular Phone calls, e-mails or the personal contacts.
- Planning, evaluating, and optimizing operations to be efficient and cost-effective.
- Ensuring company standards and procedures are followed.
- Preparing and presenting monthly, quarterly, and annual statements, analyses, and reports of operations and finances.
Regional Sales Manager Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a similar field preferred.
- 3+ years of management and leadership experience in education/digital education.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with CRM systems, and project management tools.
- Excellent leadership and decision-making skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good negotiator.
