We have following Job Opportunity with our Client leading in Education Tech Start-up :-

Position: Regional Sales Manager

Experience: 3-4 years

Location: Delhi


CTC – 8-10 LPA

Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a similar field preferred

Key Responsibilities :

    • Responsible to achieving business goals and revenue targets on daily/monthly/Quarterly basis.
    • Supervising activities of assigned personnel and their performance on regular basis.
    • Coordinating with internal departments for a smooth and speedier deployment of services and regular operations.
    • Participating in sales team meetings daily, weekly & monthly.
    • Developing and implementing business strategic plans to achieve assigned goals.
    • Preparing reports and maintaining records on daily/weekly/monthly basis.
    • Preparing and presenting growth/performance/training presentation of the team including individual on regular basis.
    • The candidate should be self motivated in achieving the goals.
    • Should be a good Team Player and can maintain good coordination with reporting manager/departments.
    • Can understand their responsibilities well and perform accordingly.
    • He should maintain good relationships with the customers through regular Phone calls, e-mails or the personal contacts.
    • Planning, evaluating, and optimizing operations to be efficient and cost-effective.
    • Ensuring company standards and procedures are followed.
    • Preparing and presenting monthly, quarterly, and annual statements, analyses, and reports of operations and finances.

    Regional Sales Manager Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a similar field preferred.
    • 3+ years of management and leadership experience in education/digital education.
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with CRM systems, and project management tools.
    • Excellent leadership and decision-making skills.
    • Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Good negotiator.
    • Excellent track records with similar profile
