AddressRegional Manager - Retail-Delhi/Bangalore
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Monitor and review the development of the retail EBO/LFR strategy in alignment with the business vision for EBOs and LFR.
- Drive retail business development and revenue growth, store operations, customer experience, operational cost optimization, and inventory management for the EBO channel.
- Ensure adherence to quality and timeliness with respect to new store openings.
- Develop standards for customer service excellence for all stores, including the NPS and Omni experience.
- Ensure standards and guidelines issued by the marketing team on all aspects of visual merchandising are adhered to by the stores.
- Oversee the analysis of customer feedback and ensure the implementation of corrective measures for all customer pain points.
- Prepare SOPs, procedures, and guidelines for conducting store audits and ensure their effective implementation.
- Assist in setting standards for different types of store audits with the aim of enhancing the experience being offered to the customer.
- Manage store displays and ensure stock inventory levels are managed effectively to maximize sales and are in line with our retail and sales strategy.
- Generate reports on store sales figures, according to the requirements of senior leadership.\
- Responsible for regular reviews of stock deposits and reporting credit limits for all stores.
- Plan staff budgeting and manpower management for the EBO Store.
- Ensure seamless, timely staff hiring, on boarding, and training.
Qualification:
- MBA from Tier-II B-schools
- Min 5-8 Yrs of experience
- Must have experience in the apparel domain
- Must have worked in North/South Zone.
