Experience
- 3-4 years in KONE Service roles
- Minimum 1-2 Years’ Experience as Service Troubleshooting Engineer
Basic Qualification
- Diploma/Graduate in Electrical Engineering
Skills Required
- Knowledge in Maintenance KONE Way Process – MBM, Call out and Repair.
- Understanding of KONE Documents
- Knowledge on Elevator and Escalator Components and its Functions
- Expert in Troubleshooting and method solution
- Basic Computer Skills, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Good Communication & Coordination Skills
- Good Analytical skills
Operational Management:
- Responsible to provide the necessary support to other TSEs in the region & visit branches wherever support required.
- Responsible to Support Regional Technical Help desk for the escalated issues along HO THD
- Monitor & Drive NBS-SER handing over process & collect and initiate actions on installation quality issues in co-ordination with Regional Q&S
- Responsible to Reduce COR and drive its KPI (FYCOR, FFR, Zero Call Out, Entrapment calls, High callout share etc)
- Responsible to Collect Technical Challenges and take it up with Region/HO for further solution.
- Major Projects - Adopt & drive early entry process, monitor SLA condition & initiate actions.
- Field Letter Execution – Review and support for the Field Letter Completion
Digital Service Technical Support:
- 24/7 Connected services – Support to identify post - installation value added services & communicate to field.
- 24/7 Connected services - Service Need Closure and Control SN through actions at branch level.
- Future Digital Solutions – Develop experts at branches for the Digital Service.
Material / special tools Management:
- Responsible to Control Material consumption by Identifying high value & frequent failure components and take corrective actions.
- PSR Packages – input / piloting on new PSRs development & create visibility on existing packages to improve VAOR.
- Special tools (Digital rope tension, Power quality analyzer, etc.,) management: Analysing the captured readings and sharing the findings to branch team for actions.
Competency Development:
- Responsible to take care of TSE Forum across region.
- Responsible to provide input to regional trainer for competency development of TSEs.
