Relevant Experience: 12-15 years of experience, minimum over 10-12 years in various leadership role.
Functional Competencies:
- Should have problem solving capabilities, staff development. Should have long term vision & prospect about the company.
- Should Monitor his team & direct repartee, performance and their timely report. Monitoring performance and goal setting.
- Preference to the same state / region profile. Computer Literate, Physically Fit , NOC from other institution CIBIL is to be clear, minimum 2 professional reference to be taken as positive, we prefer the candidate from same domain.
- Having good knowledge of Geographical area of working.
- Being energetic, leadership quality to motivate the team at state level, having appetite to lead people over hundred/ thousand in systematic way.
- Taking leadership for new initiative,conducting marketing activities, maintaining relationship with other departments and verticals.
- Should co-ordinate well, possess negotiation skills, pre-setting the team and himself in front of marketing activities, meeting in HO's, departmental meeting, knowledge sharing and product training to new employees and customers groups.

Job Responsibilities:
Financial:
- Hugely responsible role who will define our Company's Performance of his region.
- Responsible for overall Profit Centre operations for the region.
- To spearhead the Asset operations for the region and achieve budgeted Disbursements with the help of BIC/BM/TM/HM along with Financial planning.
- To Monitor the performance of branches coming not only for numbers but for portfolio quality, operational costs, Manpower planning, cost v/s actual thus enabling them to achieve their profitability targets.
- To monitor the performance of the Portfolio based on Non-starters and Early Delinquency and also Responsible for overall Portfolio of the region.
- Reviews portfolio performance of various sourcing channels, different category products and specific customer segments. Understand the gap and help define product policy with the help of underwriting team.
Non Financial Responsibilities:
- Ensure all business processes and procedures are properly complied and followed by business team.
- To Identify talent for other function/role and work on role change movement of employees through career enhancement policy through facilitating employee career growth.
- To help create Eco system and enabling business environment which encourages every single individual to give his best.
- To individual monitor every FOS productivity and help them improve with the help of BIC/BM.
Compliance & Risk Responsibilities:
- Ensure all business processes and procedures are properly complied and followed by business team.
- Ensure risk management policies and guidelines are adhered by identifying, measuring, managing risk and putting controls with the help of portfolio managers and Risk team.
