- Training, Development & Retention.
Forecast
- Demand Planning & forecasting.
Distributor Management
- Drive distributor appointment and performance evaluation processes in the area and focus on relationship management.
Desirable Total Years of work experience in relevant Industry
- 15 Years of Exp in Sales, Business Development, Channel Management, Strategic Planning, Team Management & Customer Relations.
Specific work experience in the domain area
- Experience in Sales in Agro Chemical Industry.
Educational Qualification-
- BSc Agriculture
- MSc Ag/ MBA Ag preferred.
