Responsibilities:
- Potential candidate for International Business Operations will provide cohesive and comprehensive strategic planning, process management and reporting across a number of different groups and organisations.
- Leadership role taking PNL responsibilities for the exports business across Asia and Africa.
- This role will spend roughly 25% of time on special projects. The type of projects will allow this position to gain hands-on experience across multiple functional disciplines and help strengthen a cross-organisational and cross-functional network across the local site.
Key Accountabilities:
- Identify new business opportunities to create a sales pipeline in line with annual target of the cluster
- Provide sales projections on monthly basis to the management to establish clear sales visibility for complete financial year on a rolling basis
- Manage related operational activities for the region to ensure on-time supply of products
- Monitor and evaluate prices of products in the DTM markets, to ensure they are in line with approved budgets
Industry - Pharmaceuticals and Animal Nutrition/Animal Health Division
Relevant experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in International Business development with exposure to global operations
Qualifications:
- Heavy tactical execution and a keen understanding of how the broad business is running
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Operations, Management or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 10 years directly related work experience, including EXIM, finance or business development in relevant field
- MBA is a must. Can have technical degree or experience on products.
- Strong demonstrated leadership skills and capabilities in diverse and highly complex environments including both team and individual based environments
