- Currently hiring for a Luxury segment of fashion website, seeks a visionary Business Head to lead its operations.
- This role entails spearheading the strategic direction, operational efficiency, and revenue growth of the brand, India's foremost destination for luxury fashion. The Business Head will craft and execute comprehensive business strategies, ensuring alignment with short and long-term objectives while driving sales, revenue, and market share expansion.
- Key responsibilities include overseeing all facets of operations, from inventory management to supply chain optimization, to deliver a seamless customer experience. With a keen eye for product curation and merchandising, the Business Head will curate an exclusive selection of luxury brands and products.
- The ideal candidate possesses a Bachelor's degree, and a MBA degree, with a minimum of 10+ years' experience in e-commerce, retail, or luxury fashion, including significant leadership experience.
- They demonstrate a profound understanding of luxury retail dynamics, consumer behaviour, and market trends.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills are essential, along with a proven track record of driving business growth and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
