- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Responsible for end to end online Performance Management System (PMS) Process
- Oversee an organization's recruitment, interview, selection, and hiring processes
- Strong in Competency Mapping. Plan and execute training initiatives to raise employees' competence levels.
- Experience of leading specific initiatives like Retention strategy, Succession planning, Talent mobility and skill enhancement
- Ensure error free and smooth Employee Life Cycle Management (Pre-hiring operations till exit).
