GM - Plant HR


- Integration and standardization of IR systems and processes.
- Ensuring harmonious Industrial relations with employees & workers
- Proactive in assessing and advising potential problems and updating the same management time to time
- Working towards development of culture based on the ethos of organization
- Manage and look after welfare & continuously encourage engagement of all section of workers & their families.
- Monitoring End to End Disciplinary Proceedings
- Grievance handling
- Union negotiations in wage agreement
- Liaison with Govt Authorities & local bodies
- Supporting in Legal matters and court cases
- Ensuring entire factory Statutory Compliances
- Planning & Implementing Employee Engagement
- Framing & implementing policies & processes
- Meeting all statutory, regulatory & admin at plant site. Ensure proper documentation & audit
- Ensure plant operation in a 100% complied environment from the Factory Act & Labour law perspective
- Ensure bridging of competency gap both for workmen and Staff members by identifying training needs and organizing training.
Monitor the employee relations environment and culture, and advise the business heads on employee-related issues. Proactively identify current & potential risks at site and evolve plans to mitigate.
