- The Head Office is at Nagpur and they have operations in six states with 120 branches.
- Maharashtra, Chhattisgarh, Madhya Pradesh, Telangana, Karnataka, Gujrat. Their current headcount is 2400.
About the role:
- Berar Finance has started a new line of business - Secured MSME Lending team.
- And they are looking at hiring a Lead - Growth & Partnerships in Maharashtra and will be covering rural and semi rural areas.
- Role will be based out of Pune or Nagpur.
- Current loan book is 12cr. The candidate should have demonstrated capabilities in the past of growing the loan book from 50cr/100cr to 2000cr.
- Relationships and lending experience in rural/semi rural areas is a must.
- Along with a strong relationship for business, candidates should have some experience in credit risk to lead the function and the team successfully.
- Attractive pay with ESOPS linked to deliverables to be vested in future.
