Business Head - (Position is in main Pune plant but will require to travel to Chennai Plants too occasionally)
Reports to: - CEO
Qualification: Engineering Degree with 18 to 28 years of experience in Automobile industry. MBA in Marketing.
Experience:
- Experienced from OEM / Tier I / Tier II auto components industry for both Domestic & International market. Exp. with 1000 cr+ revenue company. A person who has been part of this growth.
- Exp. In Domestic & Overseas market for stamping & die casting and new business & products.
- Knowledge of Business growth opportunities with merge or acquisition for new business & products.
Objective:
- Develop, execute, and oversee a business strategy that prioritizes growth and positive customer ratings
- Use financial techniques to improve sales revenue
- Monitor sales progress to ensure that corporate goals are being met
- Train sales professionals and help improve their skills
- Maintain positive professional relationships with clients
Responsibilities:
- Conduct industry research to develop effective market strategy.
- Maintain positive professional relationships with clients
- Develop market share.
- Potential business acquisitions.
- Participate in collaborative business meetings to update key stakeholders
- Provide continuous, constructive feedback to salespeople
- Review sales contracts to ensure they meet legal and corporate guidelines
- Interact with clients and respond to important inquiries about the company's products or services
- Managing sales or marketing teams
