As the Digital Business Head, you will be instrumental in driving the digital transformation of our elevator business, focusing on connectivity and revenue growth through various digital streams. What you need:

• For the Technical Trainer position, Schindler seeks people with:
• Expertise Proven experience in driving digital transformation in a business setting, preferably within the manufacturing or construction industry.
• Strong understanding of IoT, digital platforms, and emerging technologies.
• Track record of achieving revenue and profitability targets through digital channels.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Knowledge and Skills Desired elevator and escalator products knowledge, Training skills, Communication skills, Time Management skills, IT skills, English skills.
• Education B.E/B.Tech + MBA from reputed institute (Preferable)
