The role of a Business Analyst is dynamic and multifaceted involving a combination of analytical communication and problemsolving skills to ensure that business objectives are met through effective solutions.

Mandatory Skillset Power BI Tableau SSRS Experience of applying Tableau Reporting features.
Requirements
- Responsible for eliciting analysing and documenting business requirements.
- Responsible for identifying evaluating and recommending potential visualisation reporting solution options.
- Responsible for analysing the feasibility and cost benefit of potential solution options.
- Responsible for managing communications between IT and business for assigned work.
- Assists in formulating and designing system scope and objective based on user needs and thorough understanding of business processes.
- Conduct meeting with group of business stakeholders to understand requirements and communicate the solutions.
- Works with business groups on process improvement projects designed to improve business results.
- Experience writing business requirements functional specs and articulating visualisations dashboard reports.
- Gather analyse and consolidate information into rich UI visualisation dashboards.
- Provides guidance regarding data entities data sources for business data and interpreting the same using Tableau.
- Collects and define requirements translates into functional design documents and participates in the technical design test planning and user documentation processes. Does this happen now
- Participates in Tableau design development and testing Dashboard and applications.
- Works with business users and peers in planning developing implementing and supporting new or existing Dashboard applications.
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- Assists in business user training on new or enhanced applications.
- Supports the planning and execution of User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Requirements
- Qualification and Technical Requirements
- Master s Degree preferred (preferably in MIS IT or Business)
- 810 years experience with 34 year for using Power BI Tableau SSRS etc. is mandatory
- Demonstrated experience of applying Tableau Reporting features
- Experience with UI design /wireframes / Visualization (graphs charts Slicing & Dicing filters)
- Experience of using Microsoft Office products (Vision Excel Word PowerPoint and SQL Server) and Tableau
- Knowledge of activities tasks practices and deliverables associated with eliciting and clearly defining and documenting required business functionality as well as nonfunctional requirements
- Strong writing and communication skills.
- Strong customer service orientation (responsive consultative collaborative and accurate).
- Strong interpersonal relationship building skills: able to work with a variety of people and groups in a constructive and collaborative manner
- Strong analytical ability with the capability to determine the root cause of problems and issues and provide solutions.
- Strategic thinking: Applies organizational acumen to identify and maintain focus on key success factors for the organization.
