About the role:.
- Functional analysis for all business requirements for Security Lending space for Astec Analytics.
- Design functional solutions along with effective and detailed functional analysis and high client focus.
About the team:
- We bring award-winning, multi-asset-class trading, position keeping and market data solutions which primarily serve the Sell and Buy Side customers with front-to-back best in class solutions.
- Our market leader solutions include direct integration with multiple European exchange and support top tier investment banks in Europe.
- We also offer MiFID and FINRA compliance pre and post trade reporting solutions which are tailored to specific requirements from customers.
- Expertise includes building high performant systems that are highly scalable.
What you will be doing:
- Collaborating with CX/PS teams and product management.
- Functional analysis of Astec Analytics roadmap items & Client reported issues.
- Analysis of new specifications
- Interaction with clients
- Understanding workflows/requirements
- Performing functional analysis for Security Lending domain and deliverables
- Functional validation of new development
What you will need:
- Masters degree in finance or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.
- 6+ years of experience in Security Lending domain
- Deep understanding of Capital Markets, various financial instruments and Security Lending Domain.
- Understanding workflows required for third party integrations.
- Strong communication skills
- Frequent interaction with customers and other stakeholders.
Added bonus if you have:
- Experience of Agile Scrum will be an added advantage
- Excellent communicator – ability to discuss technical and commercial solutions to internal and external parties and adapt depending on the technical or business focus of the discussion.
- Organized approach – manage and adapt priorities according to client and internal requirements.
- Self-starter but team mindset - work autonomously and as part of a global team
