We are looking for a banking/financial services/development sector professional who will help us build our MSME Business Unit across the country. The role will entail working with the state delivery teams for implementing projects.
As one of the delivery leaders, you will
- Manage Haqdarshak's MSME products (portal, card) with complete responsibility for schemes, promotion & pricing along with planning and monitoring implementation in the market
- Build a team across India to build the MSME vertical with a channel/distribution approach
- Build a pipeline of MSME customers for both mobilization and funding to consistently deliver on targets
- Work towards a mutually agreed revenue target to be achieved through B2B and B2C opportunities
- Oversee end-to-end delivery of these projects to complete as per contractual agreements, timelines and budgets
- Build and mentor an agile team that can keep pace with the organizational growth needs
- Network and driving business with all sourcing channels to provide leads
- Hand-hold Customer Service both pre and post sales
- Drive and meet assigned sales targets by managing end to end sales cycle
- Generate leads to form databases relevant to the line of product
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about the product using scripts
- Help field sales team to build prospects
