Responsibilities:
- Preparing Business Plan for the region
- Establishing relationship with stakeholders and building partnership with Agri input companies, local departments
- Managing all type of licensing requirement for DeHaat
- Building portfolio of Private Labeled products
- Establishing Nodes, creating network of DeHaat franchise, onboarding and capacity building for the region
- Training & capacity building of sales and field teams
- Sales forecast & node wise, crop wise strategy for the region
