Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Sales Executive. The Real Estate Sales Executive would be responsible for facilitating the marketing and sales of real estate properties on behalf of the company. This role involves traveling to properties, conducting market research, advising clients on pricing and market conditions, negotiating contracts, and maintaining positive relationships with clients. The employee will be located in Dehradun.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Looking for 1-2 Years of experience only
- Experience in real eState Sales and marketing
- Extensive knowledge of the real estate industry and market trends
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Familiarity with real estate software and platforms
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
- Fluent in English and Hindi
