Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Dehradun for a Travel Sales Executive at Prosperity Travels. As a Travel Sales Executive, you will be responsible for assisting our clients with their travel needs, including providing travel recommendations, booking itineraries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will also be responsible for maintaining and building new client relationships for future business opportunities.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably in the travel industry or any international BPO
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, tourism, or a related field
