Job Overview
We are looking for a passionate and self-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team at Rankmantra. As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our IT services to potential clients. This is a full-time position based in Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India.
Qualifications and Skills
- Fresher with less than 1 year of experience in Field sales.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and lead generation techniques is a plus.
- Basic understanding of IT services and solutions.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify potential clients and generate leads through various channels.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings with potential clients to understand their requirements and explain the benefits of our IT services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Achieve sales targets by effectively communicating the value proposition of our IT services.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute targeted sales campaigns.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities and progress to the sales manager.
