- Track status of key cluster projects & outcomes, coordinate execution & drive governance of cluster initiatives
- Maintain project documentation, and support with business planning & leadership presentations
- Assess plan execution through key metrics, based on various data sources available
- Improve processes and bring efficiencies in the system by leveraging PMP and agility tools
- Implement agile ways of working in the cluster and its operations
- Lead Outcome Based Planning within the cluster, and drive implementation conceptually as well as through digital means
Operations
- Support the cluster with Marketing Campaign roll out, and coordination of events and logistics
- Implement patient / disease / reimbursement schemes awareness campaigns
- Support the engagement team with logistics and management of brand related collaterals
- Responsible for local vendor management & purchasing
- Provide administrative support to the Cluster Head
- Responsible for carrying out the due diligence and providing documentation support to the state team (Medico-marketing and access events and sponsorships)
Compliance & Digital
- Champion of audit preparedness, COREMAP and other compliance practices
- Ensure the state office is SHE compliant
- Champion of digital transformation: Own the cluster responsibilities with respect to digital tools (including CRM) incl. understanding the tools, driving requisite adoption in the cluster, redressal of queries & coordinating with digital product owners in Roche for resolution
- Get acquainted to & improve awareness of useful digital tools e.g. G-suite within the cluster
Qualification criteria
- Above-average academic background (minimum requirement: university degree in business / commerce / engineering / lifesciences) with good communication skills
- MBA (or equivalent) preferred
- Experience in client handling / external stakeholder engagement in service industries preferred
- Good grasp of tech applications from a user / admin standpoint
- Understanding of pharma environment and terminologies desirable, but not mandatory
