- Independently establish the product vision and strategy, setting clear, measurable objectives to drive growth and innovation.
- Identify and assemble optimal teams to effectively execute on product objectives, fostering collaboration across cross-functional teams including engineering, design, regulatory, legal, finance, and marketing.
- Dive deep into customer feedback to generate actionable insights, refining products to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
- Provide clarity on complex and ambiguous projects, guiding teams to success in delivering high-velocity product launches.
- Hands-on experience with Life Insurance integrations and prior involvement in building Life Insurance aggregation platforms.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of product management experience, with a proven track record of launching multiple products with speed and impact.
- Previous experience in the Life Insurance domain is essential, with a strong understanding of regulatory and industry landscapes.
- Technical proficiency to independently understand product complexities and collaborate effectively with developers/architects to make informed technical decisions.
- Experience working in agile environments, proficient in managing scrum ceremonies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to tailor messages for different audiences.
