We are looking for a proactive and customer-centric Product Manager to oversee the bancassurance product strategy and execution. The role requires a deep understanding of client interactions, product workflows across assisted and B2C channels, and integration of insurance products across various domains. The Product Manager will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, operations, and technology, to deliver seamless and impactful bancassurance solutions.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute the bancassurance product strategy, with a focus on enhancing client interactions and optimizing product workflows across assisted and B2C channels.
2. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to understand client needs, market trends, and regulatory requirements to inform product development initiatives.
3. Lead the design, development, and implementation of bancassurance products, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer expectations.
4. Manage relationships with Banks, insurance partners, and vendors to integrate insurance products seamlessly into the bancassurance platform, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
5. Conduct product-level analysis and performance monitoring, including sales metrics, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency, to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
6. Work closely with sales teams to provide product training, sales support, and client engagement strategies to drive bancassurance product adoption and growth.
7. Drive innovation and continuous improvement in bancassurance products and processes, leveraging technology and industry best practices to enhance customer experience and competitiveness.
8. Serve as a subject matter expert on bancassurance products and workflows, providing guidance and support to internal stakeholders and external partners.
9. Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes impacting bancassurance, and incorporate relevant insights into product strategies and roadmap.
10. Represent the bancassurance product team in cross-functional meetings, workshops, and client presentations, articulating product vision, strategy, and value proposition effectively.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, bancassurance, or related roles within the financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of bancassurance products, client interactions, and workflows across assisted and B2C channels.
- Experience managing insurance integrations across multiple domains, with a solid understanding of insurance products and regulatory requirements.
- Proven track record of successfully developing and launching bancassurance products, driving adoption and revenue growth.
