As an Ecommerce Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our ecommerce operations. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience. The job is located in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India and is a full-time role.
Qualifications and Skills
- 4 to 6 years of experience in ecommerce management, preferably in a similar role.
- Proficiency in ecommerce platforms, such as Shopify, and related tools.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret sales data.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions like HLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, and pivot tables.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with accounts receivable (AR) management in an ecommerce setting.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize our ecommerce platform, ensuring smooth operations and maximum efficiency.
- Oversee the creation and management of product listings, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Analyze sales data and user behavior to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Implement strategies to increase online sales, such as promotions, discounts, and targeted marketing campaigns.
