Position: Manager/Sr. Manager - HR Operations
Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai
Duration: Full-Time (Onsite)
What you will work on:
HR Ops:
- Manage and improve employee experience from end-to-end pre-boarding to off boarding - both from organization and employee experience perspective.
- Responsible for maintaining employee records and ensuring data quality (accuracy and completeness) and real time availability within and outside the HRMS.
- Provide employee focused experience through timely and accurate completion of queries and activities.
- Review and improvement of employee related policies.
- Supporting in building and managing employee budgets.
- Liaison with other external vendors/agencies and other internal teams.
PMS and Payroll:
- Managing payroll process including related compliances and ensuring timely release of salary for the Org Ensuring adherence to performance management policy and timely completion of annual and mid-year performance reviews
Compliances and reporting:
- Managing compliances as applicable to NBFCs/BFSI entities including labour law compliances.
- Building and sharing of monthly HR MIS dashboards with founders and leadership teams.
- Coordinating for all audit queries and data requirements.
Managing employee grievances including disciplinary and PIP cases.
The ideal candidate:
- Highly driven and motivated individual with ability to get hands-on where required.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Comfortable in managing multiple tasks along with a small team.
- Ability to manage multiple senior stakeholders including founders and HoDs.
Qualification and Experience:
- Master's Degree (or equivalent) with specialization in HR.
- 7+ years of experience in HR with 3+ yrs of industry experience (BFSI/NBFC).
- Expert in MS Excel/Google Sheets and experience of managing processes on HRMS.
- Solid knowledge of compliance (including labour laws) and audit processes related to HR.
- Demonstrated track record of managing a wide gamut of responsibilities across the HR function.
