About the Role:
In this opportunity as Manager Technology - Global Command Center , you will:
Lead a team that is critical to our customers experience. The GCC is a global team of technology experts devoted to ensuring the optimal performance of the company's most critical applications.
Will represent the GCC as the point of contact for Business Unit(s) from the initial Application or Service introduction to the Continuous Operation and Improvement activities necessary to maintain our high standards.

Years of Experience: 10 - 15 Years
Partners with key technology leadership across business division and industry.
Serves as escalation point for urgent and highly sensitive customer issues.
Establishes team training curriculum and requirements.
Anticipates and understands trends that may impact technology decisions.
Assesses technical capabilities of team members.
Ensures team members are recruited, developed, organized, and equipped to operate efficiently and effectively in pursuit of company business objectives.
Provides leadership, which will ensure the development of a service culture and generate motivation and commitment to business objectives.
Makes hiring decisions.
Ensures that the team works hand to hand with second level operation teams to investigate and resolve application issues with the highest speed and accuracy.
Leads team through standard incident and problem management process.
Has responsibility for assigning work, allocating resources, monitoring results, controlling costs, as well as, managing and mentoring staff.
Identifies business problems and establishes technical projects to mitigate risks.Manages portfolio of Applications and Services and virtual teams across the GCC.
Translates business and strategic objectives into tactical project plans.
Manages dependencies and priorities for teams.
Communicates key performance indicators and metrics to stakeholder community.
Communicates team changes to internal stakeholders and team members.
Communicates with senior leadership on major incidents.
Prepares presentations for stakeholder community.
Communicates bi-directionally between teams and upper management as well as across groups.
Leads a team and is accountable to manage to product availability targets.
Establishes and maintains key process standards and best practices.
